19 Fun and Easy Easter Treats

Easter is right around the corner. If you are anything like me, I’m sure you are scrambling for things to do this April vacation.  Easter crafts are always a fun idea, but Easter snacks are even more important. Whether you make these with the kids or use them for a fun movie night- these fun and easy Easter treats will surely be a hit!

These chocolate covered Peeps from Tastes Better from Scratch are so delicious! Wrap them in little plastic bags to give away at an Easter egg hunt or bring them for dessert.  Quick and easy enough for the kids to help too!


A classic Easter treat from Genius Kitchen – the birds nest.  You can make these in so many variations.  I like to use Cadbury Mini Eggs on top instead of jelly beans.



Recipes just 4 u has a really cool trick for two cupcakes using the same grass frosting tip.  If you have never used frosting bags and tips before – this is a super easy one to start with! Plus these cupcakes are the cutest!


DIY Candy has a quick treat with pudding cups that would be easy enough to make for a crowd. It would also be a great dessert for an Easter Movie night, like Peter Rabbit!


Yummy Healthy Easy has a delicious recipe for Bunny Bait that kids will love! This is easy enough to swap out with different cereals or add something like peanuts if you want.


This cheesecake egg recipe from Delish is sure to delight your Easter guests!  Although it looks time consuming- it is pretty easy to do and the kids would love the balloon part!

Peeps Chick surprise cupcakes from Betty Crocker are so cute! Kids would love to bite into these and get a yummy surprise!


Speaking of chicks, check out these chocolate covered Oreos from Sunshine Whispers!  So adorably cute! You could always add some covered in white chocolate if your kiddos can’t do food dye.

These carrot treat bags from About a Mom are great for an Easter basket, classroom treat or a cute snack to put in a lunch box.  I’ve also used Cheddar bunnies and Cheese curls in these bags as well.  (Too thrifty to buy icing bags? Use a quart plastic bag instead, just fill up the corner and cut off the zipper- they will shorter and fatter, but cheaper too!)


Lil Luna’s super cute rice krispies nests would look so pretty on a dessert table. This one would be fun to make with the kids!
